Ingredients

2 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 pkg. active dry yeast
2/3 c. hot water
2 (8 oz. each) cans tomato sauce (you may use pizza sauce)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
2 c. sliced pepperoni
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Stir together baking mix and yeast.
Add water and beat vigorously. Turn dough onto well floured board and knead until smooth, about 20 times.
Allow dough to rest a few minutes. Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll each part about 1/4-inch thick on ungreased baking sheet. Shape each into heart; pinch edge to make slight rim.
Spread tomato sauce almost to edge of each heart.
Layer with remaining ingredients.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 3 pizzas.
