Mexican Layered Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz.) cans refried beans
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 to 3 avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. picante sauce
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
4 onions, diced
1 (4 oz.) can sliced black olives
tortilla chips
Preparation

Spread beans in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Combine mayonnaise and sour cream and spread over beans.
Sprinkle lemon juice over avocados. Layer over mayonnaise mixture.
Cover with picante sauce.
Sprinkle with cheeses, then onions.
Top with olives.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips.
