Rhubarb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    3 c. rhubarb
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
    Place eggs, oil and milk in another bowl and beat.
    Then add dry ingredients; fold in the cut rhubarb.
    Turn into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and spoon topping all over batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
