Bundt Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. bananas, mashed
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. soft shortening
3 eggs
1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients and add shortening, half of buttermilk and bananas.
Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.
Add eggs and remaining buttermilk and beat 2 more minutes.
Fold in nuts and pour into Bundt pan (greased) and bake at 350\u00b0 until done when tested.
