Sausage And Mostaccioli Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. mostaccioli, uncooked
1 lb. fully cooked smoked sausage (Eckrich), cut into serving pieces
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
8 to 10 drops bottled hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. diced Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. diced Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Prepare mostaccioli according to package directions.
Drain. In medium skillet, brown sausage and drain.
In medium bowl, blend soup, sour cream, milk, parsley flakes, salt and hot pepper sauce. Add mostaccioli and cheeses.
Mix well.
Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with smoked sausage.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until hot, about 30 minutes.
