Pork Barbecue Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. pork sirloin roast
    5 c. water
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup (1 1/3 c.)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    buns
Preparation
    In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, combine meat and water. Bring to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 hours or until meat is very tender.
    Remove meat from broth, reserving 1/2 cup broth.
