Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    1 c. (soft) bread crumbs
    1 c. thick white sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    dash of paprika
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Flake salmon.
    Soak bread crumbs in juice; add milk if not enough juice.
