Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    3 c. all-purpose flour (I use self-rising, no salt or soda)
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, oil and vanilla.
    In separate bowl, mix zucchini, flour, cinnamon and sugar.
    Now mix both bowls together. Put in loaf pans.
    Makes two pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour until done.
