Aunt Mildred'S Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 1/3 c. dry rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 1/2 Tbsp. onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 1/3 to 2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil. Sprinkle dry rice in long baking pan. Add soup, onion, parsley and 1 1/3 cups water or a little more. Pour over chicken and rice.
    Cover in foil.
    Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 375\u00b0.
