Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
 
1 box lemon Jell-O
1 pkg. plain gelatin
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk (large)
1/2 c. hot water
1 graham cracker pie crust
Preparation
- 
                            Cream cheese and sugar; add lemon juice.
 
Whip milk and mix with cream cheese mixture.
Mix lemon Jell-O and plain gelatin in 1/2 cup hot water and let cool.
Mix in with cream cheese mixture until thick.
Pour into baked pastry crust or prepared graham cracker crust.
