Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 (2 1/2-inch) sq. graham crackers
8 Tbsp. low-fat butter, melted
2 c. (1 pkg.) vanilla low-calorie pudding (use skim milk)
1 c. crushed, drained pineapple
1 banana, sliced thin
1 c. lite Cool Whip
Preparation

Make crust with crackers and melted butter and let cool.
Then pour cool pudding in crust.
Spread pineapple.
Spread banana slices.
Spread Cool Whip on top.
Put in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
