Sweet And Sour Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. corn oil
1 1/2 c. cooked apples
1/2 tsp. baking soda
20 packets Sweet 'N Low
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix flour, soda and Sweet 'N Low together; set aside.
Mix eggs, oil, apples and vanilla.
Mix with dry ingredients and bake until done.
