Amaretto Freeze - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. Amaretto
ground nutmeg

Preparation

In a blender, mix 1 1/2 cups frozen yogurt with 1/4 cup Amaretto.
Transfer to 3 chilled wine glasses.
Repeat with remaining yogurt and Amaretto.
Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg and serve.
