Jo'S Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can water
Preparation

Rinse roast and place in roasting pan.
In a separate bowl, mix cream of mushroom and onion soup mix with 1 can of water and pour over roast.
Cover with foil and place in oven on 350\u00b0 for 3 or 4 hours or until tender.
I put mine in on 250\u00b0 and cook all day.
Check to make sure you have plenty of gravy.
If it gets low, just add water.
The last hour of cooking you can add potatoes, carrots and celery.
