Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 to 4 lb. beef brisket
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
barbecue sauce
Preparation

Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with foil, leaving a 9-inch overhang. Trim fat from meat.
Place in pan, sprinkle with liquid smoke and salt.
Bring long sides of foil together.
Fold up ends, crimp to seal.
Chill 8 hours or more.
