Chickpea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chickpeas (garbanzos)
1 small can ripe olives, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
1/2 large white onion, chopped
1 c. dill relish
4 to 8 sticks celery, chopped
4 to 6 boiled eggs (optional)
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Mash chickpeas (partially); chop eggs, onion and celery.
Mix all together and chill.
Serve as salad or rolled in lasagna noodles, sliced in half and edges dipped in paprika.
