Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
milk
1 1/2 c. plain flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Drain canned corn, reserving liquid.
Add enough milk to liquid to make 1 cup.
Mix dry ingredients and add egg, milk and corn; moisten.
Drop from tablespoon into deep fat.
Fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain on paper towel.
Makes 2 dozen.
