Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 pkg. dark brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. chopped pecans
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix butter and brown sugar in top of double boiler and melt. Cool the mixture and add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
    Add flour and baking powder.
    Mix well.
    Stir in pecans, salt and vanilla.
    Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Let cool; dust with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
