Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. pecans
3 c. apples, chopped
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. milk

Preparation

Blend together the oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Sift together flour, salt and soda.
Mix in gradually with oil mixture. Fold in pecans and apples.
Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
