Baked Haddock - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese (your choice)
1 or 2 drops Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 c. white wine
2 lb. haddock or cod
Preparation

On medium heat to make a roux, melt butter, then add flour; blend well.
Add milk slowly, stirring all the time.
When mixture is hot, add cheese, Tabasco sauce, horseradish and white wine. Stir constantly until thick.
Pour over fish in baking dish.
(Cut fish into serving size pieces first.)
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Add buttered bread crumbs the last 5 minutes or French's onion rings, crushed.
