Mom'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 good size potatoes
    2 eggs
    medium onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 stalks celery
    2 spears dill pickles
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender (approximately 45 minutes).
    Pour off water; let cool.
    Scrape peelings with knife; dice.
    Boil eggs.
    Dice onion, celery and pickles.
    Mix in large bowl.
    Add salt.
    Mix in potatoes and eggs.
    In separate dish, stir mayonnaise and mustard together.
    Add to mix.
