Ice Cream Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded Rice Chex
    1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/3 c. walnuts, chopped fine
    1 qt. fruit flavored ice cream, softened
Preparation
    Combine cereal, coconut, sugar, butter and nuts.
    Pack 1/2 mixture into 7 x 11-inch pan.
    Spread softened ice cream over mixture.
    Spread remaining crumbs on top and freeze until firm.
