Popover Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Medium Apples
    3 Eggs
    1 1/4 Cup Milk
    1/2 Cup Flour
    1/3 Cup Sugar
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    1/8 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
Preparation
    Chop apples.
    Spread evenly in a greased 10-inch pie plate. Beat eggs on high speed until foamy.
    Add flour, sugar, milk, vanilla, salt and cinnamon.
    Beat on low speed until smooth.
    Pour over apples.
    Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Serve with whipped Cream or Ice Cream.
