Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked white rice
    2 cans French onion soup
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Break stick of butter into 6 chunks on top of mixture.
    Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
