Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    3/4 c. butter (or oleo)
    1 c. each: sugar and brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.
    In large bowl, beat butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy.
    Add eggs, one at a time; mix well.
    Gradually beat in flour mixture.
    Add chocolate chips and nuts.
    Spread in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool before cutting.
    Makes 20 to 24 bars.
