Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 16 oz. bag frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, thawed and drained
    1 can condensed cream of celery soup
    1/3 cup sour cream
    1 - 4 oz. jar pimentos, drained
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
    1 - 2.8 oz. can French Fried Onions
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 of onions. Spoon into lightly greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions. Bake for 5 additional minutes.
