Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 medium mushrooms
6 Tbsp. butter
1 medium onion
parsley
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Chop stems.
Saute onions in butter.
Add stems and bread crumbs.
Stir over heat.
Add parsley.
Season (pepper, salt or garlic salt).
Remove from heat.
Stir in cheese.
Stuff mushrooms.
Bake in buttered dish at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
