Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 bananas, mashed
3 c. pecans, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 can cream cheese icing
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Sift together flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and baking soda.
Add eggs and oil, mixing completely with electric mixer.
Fold in bananas, nuts and pineapple.
Bake in a large tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool and frost.
