Beef And Leeks In Spicy Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. chili oil or vegetable oil
1 lb. beef boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1/4-inch strips
2 leeks, thinly sliced (2 cups)
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts and red peppers
1 Tbsp. chili puree with garlic
Hot cooked rice or noodles, if desired
Preparation

Heat wok or 12-inch skillet over high heat.
Add oil; rotate wok to coat side.
Add beef and leeks; stir-fry 2 minutes.
Add broccoli mixture; stir-fry about 4 minutes or until beef is brown and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Stir in chili puree; cook and stir about 30 seconds or until hot.
Serve with rice.
