Exotic, Yet Simple Spanikopita(Greek Spinach Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped, boiled, drained fresh spinach or 2 frozen chopped pkg., thawed and drained
    1 stick melted butter or as needed
    1 large onion, chopped and sauteed
    dill weed, chopped (about 1/8 c.)
    2 eggs
    3/4 lb. crumbled Feta cheese
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 pkg. frozen fillo dough, thawed
Preparation
    Mix spinach, onion pieces, dill and Feta in bowl; add eggs and lemon juice.
    Layer fillo brushed with butter to 8 to 10 layers and bake in a 13 x 9-inch greased glass pan at 350\u00b0 until light brown. Spread spinach mixture over fillo.
    Repeat layering on top of spinach.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbling and fillo is browned (medium).
    Cool slightly before cutting.
