Chicken In Chablis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, quartered
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    salt
    nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2/3 c. Chablis
    2 tsp. Chablis
Preparation
    Bone and skin chicken breasts and sprinkle with salt and nutmeg on both sides.
    Brown in butter.
    Add onion, mushrooms and 2/3 cup of Chablis.
    Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Remove chicken to warm platter.
    Bring pan juices to a boil and cook, stirring until liquid is slightly reduced.
    Stir in a mixture of cornstarch and 2 teaspoons Chablis.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Spoon sauce over chicken.
