Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep dish pie shell
2 slices Swiss cheese
ham
onion
bacon
1 1/4 c. shredded cheese
1 c. half and half
4 eggs
salt and pepper
Preparation

Place Swiss cheese in pie shell.
Top with ham, cheese or bacon.
Mix half and half, Cheddar, eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over pie.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
