Crustless Ham And Asparagus Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh asparagus *
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/4 c. minced ham
1 green onion, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Place asparagus in bottom of a 9-inch greased pan.
Sprinkle cheese, ham and onion over.
Combine eggs with milk and salt. Pour over mixture in pan.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
