Super-Healthy Chicken Soup(Under 300 Calories; Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler-fryer chicken (weighing 2 1/2 to 3 lb.), cut into parts
    3 c. water
    1 rib celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (1 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
    2 c. chopped cabbage
Preparation
    Place chicken parts, water, celery, salt, pepper and tomatoes in pressure cooker.
    (Do not fill cooker more than 2/3 full.) Cover and follow owner's manual carefully.
    Cook at 15 pounds pressure for 20 minutes.
    Reduce pressure and remove chicken from pot; skim off fat.
    Add onion soup mix and cabbage; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    While ingredients are simmering, remove chicken from bones, discarding skin and bones.
    Chop chicken into bite size pieces; return to pressure cooker.
    Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
    Contains 242 calories per serving.
