Louisiana Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer (3 to 4 lb.)
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni and cheese dinner
1 onion, chopped (medium)
1 sweet green pepper, chopped
1/2 stick margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Stew and skin chicken and dice.
Cook macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
Saute onion and pepper in margarine.
Salt to taste.
Mix mushroom soup and chicken broth with flour.
Mix all together and pour in large casserole dish. Top with grated cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
