Hot Fudge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. fat-free milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 c. boiling water or very hot
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup and level with knife.
Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl.
Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
Spoon batter into 9-inch square baking pan.
Combine brown sugar and 3 tablespoons cocoa. Sprinkle over cake batter.
Pour hot water over batter but do not stir.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched in center.
Yields 12 servings.
