Oven Browned Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potato wedges
    garlic salt
    seasoned salt
    salt and pepper
    parsley (optional)
    oil
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Wash and peel potatoes; cut into wedges.
    Let stand in cold water for 1 hour or more.
    Rinse and dry well.
    In heavy roaster, put small amount of oil and heat over burner.
    Add potato wedges; sprinkle with seasonings as desired.
    Toss lightly.
    Cut 1 stick oleo into small pats and place over potatoes.
    Bake, uncovered, about 1 1/2 hours.
    When lightly browned, turn with spatula and continue baking.
