Filipino Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up frying chicken
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. syrup or brown sugar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Place all the ingredients in a skillet, cover and cook on top of stove over low heat for about 45 minutes.
