Red Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rice
1 lb. pkg. bacon
1 tsp. salt or to taste
1 tsp. pepper or to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. seasoned salt or to taste
1 large green pepper
1 jar olives (small)
2 to 3 cans tomato sauce or paste
1/2 pan water
Preparation

Fry bacon in Dutch oven pan; drain bacon. Use drippings and fry chopped onions, green pepper, olives, bacon, salt, garlic powder and pepper, then add 3 cans of tomato sauce or paste, then enough water to bring to a boil.
Then add rice, stir and cover rice and cook rice as usual.
