Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken
1 1/2 c. celery
1 can water chestnuts
1 small jar pimentos
salt and pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips (Ruffles)
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients except crushed potato chips.
Put potato chips on top of mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
