Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. mashed bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Stir in nuts.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Stir into dry ingredients only until batter is moistened.
Spoon into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch or one 9 x 13-inch or Bundt pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for one hour.
