Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen broccoli, partially thawed
1 small carton small curd cottage cheese
1/2 stick Cheddar cheese, cut in chunks
1/4 c. oleo
3 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
-
Spray a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Add all the ingredients and mix slightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
