Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. sliced peaches
    3 c. milk
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can peach nectar
Preparation
    Combine half of peaches and 1/4 cup milk in blender.
    Process until smooth.
    Transfer to a medium bowl and repeat with remaining peaches.
    Set aside.
    Combine 2 1/2 cups milk and next 3 ingredients.
    Cook over medium heat 8 minutes, stirring.
    Remove from heat; stir in peach mixture and peach nectar.
    Pour into 4-quart electric freezer and proceed to make as directed.
