Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sweet potatoes (in heavy syrup, 16 oz.)
    1 pkg. spice cake mix (18.25 oz.)
    3 large eggs
    1/3 c. vegetable oil (canola, corn, safflower)
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans. Mash the sweet potatoes and syrup in a large mixing bowl. Add the cake mix, eggs, oil and cinnamon. Blend with an electric mixer for 1 minute on low speed. Scrape down sides of bowl. Increase the mixer speed to medium and beat 2 or 3
    minutes more. Scrape bowl sides again. Batter should be well combined and thickened. Divide into the 2 pans and bake 28 to 31 minutes. Place on wire racks to cool.
