Greek Scallops(Low-Fat Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    4 large plum tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped dill
    2 Tbsp. fresh basil
    7 oz. sea or bay scallops, cut in quarters
    1 1/2 oz. uncooked orzo, cooked according to pkg.
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 lb. Feta cheese
    Pam nonstick cooking spray
Preparation
    In a 9-inch skillet, heat oil.
    Add onion, garlic and basil; cook 2 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and dill.
    Reduce to low and add scallops.
    Cook until they turn opaque.
