Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 egg
    1 small can creamed corn
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. grated cheese (sharp or American)
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put in greased pan.
    Cook in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
