Tuna And Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. chicken stock
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1 pkg. whole kernel corn (frozen), thawed
    1 can tuna, drained
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large saucepan and cook onion until soft. Stir in curry powder, paprika and flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly over moderate heat.
    Gradually add stock and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Stir in milk, lemon peel and corn, simmering 5 minutes.
    Break tuna into flakes and stir into soup. Add Parmesan cheese and simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve.
