No Knead Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. oil or melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
approximately 5 1/4 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Sprinkle yeast on lukewarm water in large bowl.
Add sugar, egg, oil and salt.
Add 2 cups flour.
Beat well.
Add remaining flour; mix well with hands.
Remove dough from bowl.
Grease bowl and return dough.
Cover with towel; let rise in warm place until double in bulk, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
Punch down.
Divide into 2 balls.
Roll or pull out to rectangle 12 to 18 inches.
Melt 3 tablespoons butter or oleo.
Spread enough to cover dough. Sprinkle brown sugar, 3/4 cup to cover and 1/4 cup cinnamon.
Roll up and pinch ends.
Place cut side down on greased 8-inch cake pan. Let rise again until double.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
Cool and frost.
Makes 2 dozen.
