Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans pineapple tidbits
    3/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. cheese, grated
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Spread pineapple in casserole dish. Mix sugar, flour and cheese: pour over pineapple. Cover with crushed crackers. Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until crackers are brown. If adding nuts, roast them before mixing them with crushed crackers.
