Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. golden raisins
4 eggs
3 c. shredded carrots
2 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients. Add oil and eggs. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scrapping bowl often. Stir in carrots, nuts and raisins. Bake in floured and greased pan, 9 x 13 inch,
in 350\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
